Best Months to Visit Orlando

Orlando's weather only has two distinct seasons.
The first is warm, with low humidity and little rain, and it lasts from around October – when the Orlando Film Festival is held – to April.
The other is hot and rainy, and it usually lasts from May to September.
In general, there is never a bad time to visit Orlando.
Sunshine is virtually guaranteed throughout both seasons, with temperatures ranging from pleasantly warm – with an average high of 21 degrees Celsius in January – to sweltering, with temperatures peaking at 33 degrees Celsius with high humidity from June to August.
Because of its theme parks, Orlando is inevitably busier during school holidays, when Orlando vacation prices are at their highest.
This means longer lines for rides, as well as higher airfares and hotel rates.
If you are not traveling with children or can avoid the holidays around Easter, American spring break, summer, and Christmas, do so.
Also, be wary of US public holidays, as the theme parks will be extremely crowded.

Visitors frequently walk along the boardwalk, which is about a third of a mile long.

All sorts of animals can be found in this nature preserve year-round, including bald eagles, American alligators, ospreys, river otters, eastern screen owls, and gopher tortoises.

Ocala National Forest

Visiting the Ocala National Forest is a must-do while in Orlando, especially if you're a nature enthusiast.
There are few vacation spots in Florida that can compete with the wonders of the natural landscape of the forest, which spans 383,000 acres and boasts over 600 springs, lakes, and rivers.
This Orlando location offers a variety of exciting activities, including horseback riding, snorkeling, swimming, and diving, in addition to the more mundane activities of cycling and hiking.
Trails can be very interesting, and there are over a hundred to explore, including some that pass by homesteads from the 1800s and others that pass by sinkholes.
The Alexander Springs Recreation Area, which promises 72-degree water no matter what time of year it is, is one of the best parts of the Ocala National Forest.
These springs are surrounded by lovely flora in the form of cabbage palms, maple trees, and sweetgum trees, creating a lovely and serene environment.
There's also the Salt Springs Recreation Area, which has a spring filled with salty water that formed naturally from fissures deep in the earth.

More Black history can be discovered at the Wells'Built Museum of African American History and Culture, which is on the National Register of Historic Places in the United States.
Dr. Williams M. Wells, a prominent African-American physician, built the hotel in 1921 to cater exclusively to African-American guests who were barred from Florida's then-segregated hotels, including many famous musicians.
It now houses African-American community memorabilia, Civil Rights Movement displays, and African art and artefacts.
Loch Haven Park, located near downtown Orlando, is also home to the Orlando Museum of Art and The Mennello Museum of American Art.
It's only a short drive from there to CityArts, which houses multiple art galleries under one roof in downtown Orlando.
In addition, the Grand Bohemian Hotel Orlando's public spaces feature the eclectic Grand Bohemian Art Gallery.
